Subscribers of a telephone system can be directly reached from the external network by an individual number. This number consists of a common part and the internal part which may have 1 or more digits.

Dadurch können Teilnehmer einer Kommunikationsplattform vom öffentlichen Telefonnetz aus direkt durch eine individuelle Rufnummer erreicht werden. Die Nummer besteht aus einem plattformeinheitlichen Teil und einer persönlichen, ein- oder mehrstelligen Durchwahlnummer.
